    1. This app is operated by FantasyGameday.app Limited (trading as FantasyGameday), a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 14286286 with its registered address at Point West, 11 Cherry Acre, Chalfont St. Peter, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, England SL9 0SX. 
    2. In these General Terms and Conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to FantasyGameday.app Limited.
    3. These terms are applicable to residents of Great Britain only. FantasyGameday is regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under a remote pool betting and linked software licence with reference number 61786 details of which can be found at https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/61786
  1. About these terms and conditions
    1. These are the terms and conditions on which you may use the FantasyGameday app (which we refer to in these General Terms and Conditions as ‘the app’ or ‘our app’); (iii) create an account; and (iv) participate in games.
    2. Each paragraph of these terms operates independently. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the offending paragraph will be deemed to be severed from these terms and the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. 
    3. These General Terms and Conditions are made available on the FantasyGameday app. You may access these General Terms and Conditions and you may save, download and/or print a copy of them for your reference.  
    4. We may make changes to these General Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating the app. If we do so, we will notify any users with active accounts by email or through a notification in the app. If we amend the rules of a game in which you are currently participating, we will notify you by email and you may have a right to end your participation and receive a refund for any affected games which you have entered and paid for but which have not yet been completed. We will tell you if you have a right to end your participation. Please see paragraphs 5, 8 and 12 of these General Terms and Conditions for more details.
    5. In these General Terms and Conditions, we refer to anyone who uses or accesses our app as a “user” and anyone who participates in one of the games hosted on our app as a “participant”. By “stake”, we mean any money which you have paid in order to enter a game. By “winner”, we mean any participant who wins a prize in a game. 
  1. Registration
    1. Users can only enter or participate in a game after successfully registering on the app. An application to register is only valid after we have confirmed the registration in the app or by email.
    2. You may only have one account registered with Fanstaygameday.  Any attempt to register for a new account by an individual who already has an account is not permitted and will be blocked. 
    3. In order to register and to be eligible to play a game, you must provide (and where applicable, we must be able to verify) the following details about yourself:
      1. date of birth;
      2. first and last name;
      3. full residential address;
      4. mobile telephone number;
      5. valid email address; 
      6. authentication details;
      7. GAMSTOP status; and
      8. any other details that are required by the rules of the relevant game.

You can request that we update, delete or remove the personal details set out above at any time by emailing support@fantasygameday.app. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. If certain key information is removed further to your request, you will not, however, be able to participate in any games. If you are participating in a game at the time that your personal details are removed then your participation in that game will continue and, should you win a prize in that game, we will use the latest personal details that we hold for you to contact you. If we are unable to contact you within six months of you winning a game (or such other time period as may be required by a law or by the Gambling Commission) then our obligation to pay you the prize will lapse and the prize will be dealt with in accordance with paragraph 8.6.   1. All participants must be natural persons aged at least 18 years. If you are under this age, you may not register on the app and you may not enter any games. You may only play on your own behalf and you may not play on the behalf of (i) someone else; (ii) a syndicate or group of individuals; or (iii) a business of any kind.  
  2. If FantasyGameday is unable to verify (i) your name; (ii) your address; or (iii) that you are aged 18 or over either by utilising automated or manual processes then your use of the app and depositing of funds will be blocked.  
  3. We may ask you to provide documentation to verify your age or identity before allowing you to play any games. We may suspend your account or refuse to accept your account registration where we have doubts about the accuracy of any of the identity information provided. 
  4. By registering, you confirm to us that you:
    1. 3.7.1.are at least 18 years old; 
    2. 3.7.2.are a resident of the United Kingdom; 
    3. 3.7.3.are acting on your own account and not on the behalf of someone else;
    4. 3.7.4.are not (or are not, to the best of your knowledge, about to be declared) bankrupt and have not been declared bankrupt or subject to debt restructuring or any similar procedure within the last six years;
    5. 3.7.5.have not self-excluded from gambling with FantasyGameday;
    6. 3.7.6.do not already have an account registered with FantasyGameday;
    7. 3.7.7.are not prohibited from betting on sporting events in accordance with the rules of any professional organization; 
    8. 3.7.8.not registered with GAMSTOP; and
    9. 3.7.9.will not use any proceeds of crime, including but not limited to the proceeds of money laundering, to play any games on the app.
  5. We may at any time and for any reason suspend or terminate your registration or account. If we do so while you are still participating in a game which has not yet completed then, at our option, we will either allow the game to complete or we will give you a full refund of your stake unless there is a law or regulation which means that we cannot. 
  6. You can contact us by writing to us at support@fantasygameday.app. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the most recent telephone number, email address or postal address we have recorded in your account details in the app.
  7. By creating an account, you are not under any obligation to participate in a game. Any games that you enter or participate in, you do so entirely at your own volition and choice.
  8. If you create an account you must treat your authentication details and username as confidential and you must not disclose either to any third party. You must not allow any other person to access FantasyGameday using your login details. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you learns of your username or authetication details, you must promptly notify us at support@fantasygameday.app.
  9. We have the right to disable or require that you change your username or authentication details, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if (i) in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these General Terms of Use; (ii) we have reason to believe that the security of your username or authentication details have been compromised; or (iii) if username contains any words or content which are deemed by us to be inappropriate, illegal or offensive.
  1. Participation in games
    1. After your registration has been accepted and your account has been created, then subject to any other terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions, you may participate in games in the app. Whenever you enter into a game, a legally binding contract is created between you and us at the point that we confirm to you through a notification in the app. 
    2. By paying your stake and/or participating in a game, you indicate your acceptance to the rules of that game as may be set out in the app and these General Terms and Conditions.
    3. Your participation in a game will only be deemed to be accepted when we confirm to you in the app that a game you have entered has commenced. If we are unable to accept your entry into a game, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for your stake. We might be unable to accept your entry for a number of reasons, including but not limited to us identifying an error in the entry price or in the description of the game or where we have identified any unusual activity in respect of a game. Until we have confirmed to you that your entry is successful, we owe you no obligations in respect of that game and no contract will exist between us.
    4. Once you have paid your stake and been entered into a game you cannot change your mind or withdraw your entry or request a refund, except as is set out within these terms and conditions.
    5. We do not guarantee that you will be able to enter any game listed in our app. 
    6. We may, at any time where in our opinion it is reasonable to do so, cancel any game and cancel, return or otherwise unwind any transactions or payments that have been made in respect of that game.
    7. In the event that you breach these General Terms and Conditions or any specific rules relating to a game, we will have a right to cancel the contract that exists between us. If we choose to cancel that contract, your stake will be forfeited, your participation in the game will end and no refund will be made.
    8. The conditions for winning a prize are set out in the rules of that game, as may be set out in the app. All winners will be determined by us, acting reasonably and in accordance with the relevant rules of the game (as interpreted by us).
    9. We take a commission of up to 20% of all valid entries into a pool.  Further details of the number of participants in a pool, the prize structure and our commission will be set out on the app for each game.
  1. Game stakes, wallet and payment 
    1. The prices of all stakes stated are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
    2. Participation in a game is only possible when you have sufficient funds in credit in your wallet in your account to pay the entry fee for that game. 
    3. All payments must be made in the stated currency of the game that you are entering through the FantasyGameday app.
    4. Payments into your wallet can only be made by debit card or such other payment method as we may indicate in the app that we accept, where the payment card holder matches the name and address of the account holder. If a payment is attempted from an account where the payment name or address does not match, the payment may be rejected or returned by us with or without notice.
    5. You accept that you will only make payments to us using your own funds.  You agree that you will not use any other person’s details or payment card to make any deposits with us.  
    6. Due to administrative costs from our payment providers, the minimum deposit that can be made into an account wallet is £5.00.   
    7. If the payment of your stake is not made prior to the start of the game or if your payment is otherwise withdrawn or reversed by a payment processor, your participation in that game will be terminated by us without refund and you will not be entitled to any winnings for that game. 
    8. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, a game’s stake may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check the value of a stake before accepting your participation so that, where the stake’s correct price at the date on which you confirm your participation in a game is less than stated, we will charge you the lower amount. If the stake’s correct price at the date that you confirm your participation is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your participation.
    9. We do not have any obligation to make any payment in relation to a game where there has been an obvious error or mistake (including but not limited to the mispricing of a stake or a prize), or which you ought to know was an error or mistake, including any deliberate exploitation of a bug or error in our systems. If you discover a means by which you can guarantee that you will win a game or a prize or gain an unfair advantage, you must not use that means and you must report your discovery to us immediately.
    10. Our standard settlement term for crediting a wallet is within 48 hours of the end of a game. 
    11. Any prize money won will be paid into your wallet. 
    12. Due to administrative costs from our payment providers, the minimum withdrawal from a wallet is £20.00.  However, less than £20.00 can be withdrawn from a wallet without charge if (a) you are closing your account or (b) you agree to pay the payment processing fee we incur relating to the transaction, which will be notified to you prior to making the withdrawal.
    13. All payment and withdrawal transactions carried out on the app are recorded and may be viewed by you within the “Banking” section of the app.   
    14. If you are in breach of your payment obligations, we may suspend your account and deny you access to the user area of the app and prevent you from participating in any games.
    15. You agree not to charge-back, reverse or otherwise cancel any payment made into your wallet.  If you charge-back any deposited funds, we reserve the right to close your account without notice and to ban you from participating in any future games.  We also reserve the right to use any remaining balance in your account to settle any charges that we incur as a result of any charge-back or reversal of your payment.  
    16. Any refunds or payments that are made to you will be made into your wallet  
    17. If we mistakenly credit funds to your wallet for any reason, you accept that we may make the appropriate adjustment to your account to reflect this.  Where funds that have been mistakenly credited to your wallet have already been withdrawn, you must immediately reimburse such amount to us on request.  In the event you do not do so, you authorize us to process a payment from your debit card to recover such funds.  
    18. Inactive accounts will be kept open for 24 months. For each period of 12 months of inactivity, a reminder email will be sent to any active addresses on the account that funds are available for use or repayment to the user. After 24 months, one further attempt will be made to make contact the user following which, an attempt will be made to refund the monies to the original method of payment. If this is unsuccessful, the inactive account will be subject to an inactivity fee of £5.00 per month until the funds have been fully depleted.
    19. Any payments made by and to you may be subject to anti-money laundering checks that we are required to carry out under our operating licence and the general law.  We may impose financial limits on your deposits or withdrawals or may ask you to provide documentation in relation to these transactions.  If we require any documents from you in order to complete these anti-money laundering checks (such as proof of the bank account where your funds originate from or how you obtained the funds used to gamble), you must provide these to us promptly at our request. If you do not provide the documents requested from you, your account may be suspended and/or closed.  It may also be necessary to report the matter to the relevant authorities.  
  2. Customer funds protection.

We are required by the terms of our licence to inform customers about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you in the event of our insolvency – for further information please see this link:

We hold customer funds separate from company funds in a separate bank account or in reserve funds that we hold with our payment processor.  These funds are not protected in the event of insolvency: not protected segregation.

  1. Use of the app
    1. We do not guarantee that our app, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our app for business or operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. We do not guarantee that our app will be free from bugs.
    2. If you use our app in a malicious or unauthorised manner or in breach of these General Terms and Conditions, we may suspend your account and/or block your access to the user area of the app. We may also suspend or block your access in the event that any details that you have provided to us cannot be verified. If your account is blocked or suspended for these reasons then your participation in any games will be terminated and you will not be entitled to a refund for any stakes that you have paid. 
    3. The app is only provided for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our app for any commercial or business purposes. 
    4. You may not use the app or our systems in such a way that damage is caused to our systems or digital infrastructure or that of any third party. You must not misuse our app by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our app, the server on which our app are stored or any server, computer or database connected to our app. You must not attack our app via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
    5. You may not use the app to send or disseminate unsolicited messages, commercial messages, to offer products or to otherwise promote any other organisations, causes or businesses.
    6. You must refrain from acts that may disrupt the app or our systems. We may immediately terminate your contracts for games without a refund if we discover that you have disrupted the operation of our app or systems and we may also remove, suspend, block or delete your account. 
    7. Your account is personal to you and may not be assigned or otherwise transferred to any other person. Your account may not be mortgaged or used as security. You may not allow third parties to make use of your account.
    8. We may need to make changes to the rules of any game to (a) reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; (b) to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat; or (c) to correct an error or mistake in the rules. 
    9. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our app. You should use your own virus protection software.
    10. You may only use the app in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    11. By using the FantasyGameday app, creating an account or entering into a game you agree to indemnify us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees suffered or made by any third party due to or arising out of or relating to your breach of these General Terms and Conditions or your use of our app.
  1. Rules of our games
    1. The rules of each game are set out in detail on the app page for that game together with the prize calculation and the commission that we charge for entry into that game.
    2. All games incorporate these General Terms and Conditions into the contract that is created between you and us when your entry into a game is accepted. 
    3. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the rules of a game, the terms of these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    4. If you breach the rules of any game or any of these General Terms and Conditions, we may terminate your participation in that game and any others in which you are participating and you will have no right to a refund or any compensation in respect of any stake you have paid or any prize or opportunity which you may have missed out on. 
    5. Winners will be contacted by us via a notification within the app. 
    6. If: (i) we, despite our reasonable efforts to do so, are unable to contact a winner; (ii) a winner fails to pass any of our age identity or anti-money laundering verification checks; or (iii) a winner is found to be in breach of the rules of a game of these General Terms and Conditions, then that winner’s prize will be retained and will not be paid and we will owe no further liability to that winner in respect of that prize or that game. 
    7. We may need to make minor changes to the rules of our games from time to time in order to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements (for example to address a security threat). If we need to make any major changes to a game or to these terms or cancel a game then we will notify you and, as will be indicated in the notification, you may have a right to end your participation in a game and to claim a refund for your stake.
  1. Excluding yourself from participating in games
    1. You may self-exclude from participating in games. You can self-exclude on the app within your user area. In the event that you decide to self-exclude, any money held by us in your account will be returned to you and your account will be suspended. If we are unable to return your money to you then those funds will be dealt with in accordance with paragraph 5.18.
    2. You may choose the length of your self-exclusion. There is a minimum self-exclusion period of six months. During the period of your self-exclusion, you will not be permitted to access your account, nor will you be able to enter any games using that account.
    3. We will not contact you at the expiration of your self-exclusion. You may take positive steps to re-open your account by contacting us, although this is subject to a 24 hour cooling-off period before your account will becomes active again.
    4. On self-exclusion, your details will be removed from our marketing database and no marketing material will be sent to you. 
    5. We are required by our licence conditions to participate in the national multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (GAMSTOP).  You may register with GAMSTOP to self-exclude here https://www.gamstop.co.uk/register. GAMSTOP is the national self-exclusion scheme which will exclude you from gambling with all GB licensed online gambling operators for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.  You will not be able to cancel your self-exclusion during the period you choose.

    1. We will process any personal data that you provide to us in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation (including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018) and our Privacy Policy https://fantasygameday.app/privacy-policy/. 
    2. We will ensure that all personal data is stored and processed using a level of security appropriate to the risks presented by the processing of personal data. 
  1. Responsible gambling
    1. FantasyGameday is committed to responsible gambling and use of FantasyGameday is intended to be for social and leisure purposes only.
    2. If you think that you or a friend may have a problem with gambling you can take steps to obtain help for this.
    3.   1. Liability 
    1. Subject to the below, if we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable level of care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew that it might happen.
    2. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    3. Subject to 12.1 and 12.2, our liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) £25; or (b) if you are a winner, the value of the prize that you have won, or, if you are a participant but not a winner, the value of your stake. 
    4. We are not obliged to fulfil any obligation, including any statutory and/or agreed guarantee obligation, if we are prevented from doing so by any applicable law or any events outside of our control, including where anything prevents a game (or any event upon which a game is predicated) from taking place or anything which might prejudice its outcome (including but not limited to any underlying sports matches upon which a game is based being cancelled, postponed, abandoned or is otherwise prevented from taking place or is unduly prejudiced by outside events). This includes but is not limited to any events caused by: 
  1. circumstances beyond our reasonable control or that of our suppliers; 
  2. defective goods, equipment, software or materials which impinge upon the use of the app or any of our systems;
  3. any government or regulatory measures or any new laws which would impact any game or the operation of the app or FantasyGameday as a company;
  4. power failures;
  5. disruptions of the internet, data network or telecommunication facilities; 
  6. epidemics, pandemics and natural disasters;
  7. a strike by our personnel or employees; and
  8. transport problems or strikes.

We refer to these events as “force majeure events”.

  1. If, in our view, acting reasonably, a force majeure event would have a material and adverse impact upon a game, we may choose to cancel that game. 
  2. In the event that we cancel a game due to a force majeure event we will refund you any stake that you may have paid in respect of that game. Any such refund given will be sent directly back your wallet. No interest will be paid on any refunds made.
  3. As our app is intended only for non-business users, we shall owe no liability to any users or participants for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
  4. We are not responsible or liable for any losses resulting from any:
    1. 12.8.1.technical malfunction, failure or destruction of outside of our control, including to all or part of our IT systems or records, any systems operated by third parties upon which we rely (including but not limited to the failure of any telephone or communication networks or lines, computer systems, servers, hardware, software or a failure due to technical problems on the internet) or any failure, error or erroneous communication caused by a virus, DDOS attack, hack, worm or a software or hardware error;
    2. 12.8.2.downtime to the app or our systems due to planned or unplanned maintenance. In the event that any such disruption or maintenance occurs and prevents you from participating in a game or from changing your participation in a game, we will not be liable for any loss of winnings which might result from such interruption;
    3. 12.8.3. taxes which you may need to pay on any prize or winnings which you earn through a game. You are responsible for reporting any winnings or losses, required by law or any regulator or authority;
    4. 12.8.4. damage caused to your computer, devices or systems by any viruses, worms, logic bombs or other damaging components on our app. You should run antivirus software on all devices and it is your responsibility to keep such software up to date;
    5. 12.8.5.any refusal to allow a person to enter a game for any reason;
    6. 12.8.6.errors caused by incorrect or inaccurate automatic processing, including the selection of a winner of a game, or our records or any third-party records upon which we rely;
    7. 12.8.7.any errors caused by a data entry error, a manual error (including incorrectly entered details or game entry pricing information) or where problems occur in the software or hardware used by us to run our app or a game and where such an error does occur:
  1. we shall not be liable to pay any prizes in respect of any games affected by such an error and we may cancel a game and/or deem any affected entries void and/or refund any affected entries;
  2. where we notice such an error before the game is due to take place where possible we will attempt to inform all affected participants and allow them to choose whether to continue with their entry upon the corrected terms, or to have their entry refunded; or
  3. any monies which are paid to you in respect of such an error shall be deemed to be held by you on trust for us and shall be immediately repaid to us when a demand for payment is made by us to you.
  1. Intellectual property 
    1. All intellectual property rights to all materials on the app (such as our name, our logos and any text or images or anything else) belong to us and/or our licensors. Those intellectual property rights are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You are only allowed to use our intellectual property for the purpose of accessing and using the app. You may not reproduce, copy or otherwise use our intellectual property rights or other materials, or make them available to third parties. 
    2. You must not use any part of the content on our app for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
  1. Closing an account or terminating a contract for a game 
    1. We may suspend or terminate your account, your rights to use the app and/or any contract under which a game is played and we shall have no obligation to give you a refund if:
      1. 14.1.1.You breach any of these General Terms and Conditions or the rules of any game; 
      2. 14.1.2.You provide inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information on opening an account or upon participating in a game; or
      3. 14.1.3.You do not make or complete a payment to us at the time that it becomes due.
    2. We may terminate your account, your rights to use the app and/or any contract under which a game is played and we shall refund you any amounts you have paid in respect of a game which has not yet completed if:
      1. 14.2.1.we give you no less than 14 days’ notice in writing;
      2. 14.2.2.you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to complete the opening of your account or that we need in order to allow you to participate in a game in accordance with paragraph 3 above;
    3. You may close your account at any time through the participant area of the app. In the event that you do so, your participation in any games will end immediately and you will not have a right to a refund for any stakes you have paid in respect of those games.
    4. You may terminate any contract for a game that you have by giving us an irrevocable notice by email to support@fantasygameday.app to end the contract immediately and you will be entitled to a refund of your stake in respect of that game if:
      1. 14.4.1.we change the rules of the game in which you are participating or any term of these General Terms and Conditions and we believe that that change would have a material effect upon the game;
      2. 14.4.2.we breach any material term of the rules of the game in which you are participating or these General Terms and Conditions; 
      3. 14.4.3.we run a game which you are participating in in a way which does not match the rules of that game or these General Terms and Conditions in any material respect, or if we do not run the game with reasonable care and skill;
      4. 14.4.4.if we have told you about a material error in the pricing or description of a game and you do not wish to proceed with your participation in the relevant game; or
      5. 14.4.5.if we have suspended our app or any games for a technical reason, or if we notify you that we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than six (6) days.
    5. If you close your account or if a contract for a game is terminated by you or us, then unless we specify or agree otherwise or where the contrary is set out in these General Terms and Conditions, the cancellation or termination will be effective immediately once all games entered into by you have completed or otherwise ended. Termination of our contract shall not automatically give rise to a right to refund of play money.
    6. In the event that a contract for a game is terminated for whatever reason, your right of use of the app will terminate with immediate effect and access to the game or the participant area of the app will be suspended and/or blocked.
  1. Applicable law and choice of forum 
    1. These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. 
    2. In the event of a dispute between you and us, we agree that we will, in the first instance, attempt to resolve the dispute together but if such attempts are not successful then a claim may be submitted to the relevant competent court.
  1. Complaints and dispute resolution
    1. If you have a complaint about how the app or a game has been (or is being run) or about anything else related to our company then please email us at support@fantasygameday.app. Our customer support department who will be happy to help you with your concerns, problems or disputes.  We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day and aim to respond fully within 4 working days.  
    2. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction then you may refer your complaint to the independent adjudicator for further investigation and review. FantasyGameday’s chosen independent adjudicator is the ADR Group which is specialised in the resolution of betting disputes. The ADR Group contact details are as follows:

    1. 17.1.Where our app contains links to other websites and apps and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or apps or information you may obtain from them.

    1. 18.1.Our app may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the app, such as to bulletin boards, chat rooms or in user profiles. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our app do not represent our views or values.
    2. 18.2.If you wish to complain about content uploaded by other users, please contact us via the method indicated on the app. 
  1. Other terms
    1. 19.1.We may transfer any contracts we have with you to someone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
    2. 19.2.You may not transfer your rights or your obligations relating to a game or your account to any other person. 
    3. 19.3.All contracts are between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
